To be able to shop online at Monolens.com, you can register as a customer, or you can shop as a guest. You can create an account on My Account, or you will be registered when you place your first order. All you need is a valid e-mail address, phone number and a password. We dispatch all over the world.
Customers must be 18 years or older to shop with us.
Change of Address
The Customer is responsible for keeping their profile updated with the correct address and telephone number.
To change the address, go to My Account. The delivery address will automatically be the same as your registered address, but it is possible to provide an alternative delivery address if you wish to do so.
All prices are listed in EUR and/or USD, and include VAT at the appropriate rate. All costs related to the order, goods and freight, will appear in the buying process before executing the actual payment. All offers are valid as long as the item is in stock, or valid up to and including the final date of a special offer campaign.
We reserve the right to amend any errors or inaccuracies and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error on an item you have ordered, we will notify you and await your approval of the corrected price before continuing with your order.

Terms of Delivery
All orders from Monolens.com are shipped by the Norwegian postal service Posten from Norway. Please allow up to two weeks for delivery.
Should the product be out of stock, there might be delays in delivery. However, we will update you per mail.

If any faults or defects are detected in a product, please notify us asap, include a photo illustrating the problem, and we will send a new product free of charge.
When you shop with us, we store information such as name, address and telephone number. This is to enable us to complete the purchase and deliver the order to you. We treat your information with the utmost care and handle your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Act (PDA). You always have the right to obtain the information we have stored about you, and even have it deleted. Contact Customer Service at post@Monolens.com if you want your information to be deleted.
Content on Monolens.com is Monolens’s property. This content is protected by copyright, marketing and trademark laws. This implies that trademarks, product names, product information, including descriptions of the products, images/graphics, design and layout, and other content on the pages cannot be downloaded, copied or used in any way unless this is permitted by law or the consent of Monolens.
Force majeure means extraordinary events outside the control of the parties. Examples include natural disasters, floods, war, riots, strikes, etc. This clause relieves Monolens from liability for the obligations where Monolens is unable to perform due to events beyond Monolens’s control.
